    1- The executive lounge is great and staff was excellent 2- This stay was an extend for the period 02/04/2011 to 16/04/2011

    1- Air condition was down for 3 nights and the weather was hot. 2- The Arabic TV channels were limited, also the same with the paid ones. Most of them were News! I suggest adding more Arabic channels especially the comedy and kids channels. If you need to know some examples I am happy to send you the names and frequencies. 3- The rate of Car Park was expensive. It should be a special discount for Gusts.

    The breakfast buffet was extensive. The indoor pool was relaxing and well-maintained. Concierge services provided personalized recommendations. Staff was accommodating and friendly throughout my stay. The lobby features excellent glass and gold finishes.

    The hotel seems new from the inside and the room is comfortable and luxarious. The staff are helpfull and polit. The breakfast is fantastic.

    The location of the hotel is far from the main shopping area which is marienplatz (almost 5km). The underground is easy in the morning but night schedule is different from morning schedule so you should be careful at night because you should change trains.

    The lobby had fine glass and gold finishes that really made a great impression. Convenient location near public transport made exploration easy. The Bavarian King Room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice bathrobes. The cleanliness left much to be desired. Dust and dirt were noticeable in the corners of the room, and the bathroom floor had stains. I expected better maintenance from a hotel like this. The dining options on-site were good, especially the breakfast. Freshly made and abundant choices. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, which impacted service speed. I had a pleasant stay thanks to some aspects, but the cleaning and attentiveness could greatly improve.
